For 16 years, East Arnhem Real Estate has been committed to making East Arnhem Land a better place to live, work, and visit.

What began as a real estate business has grown into a diverse service organisation supporting communities, businesses, visitors, and families across the region. Through our property management, sales, accommodation, cleaning, maintenance, carpentry, and community housing services, we are proud to play a role in improving living conditions, creating opportunities, and supporting stronger communities.

A significant part of our work is delivering tenancy and housing maintenance services to community social housing across East Arnhem Land. Working alongside communities, Traditional Owners, residents, government agencies, and our regional Housing Maintenance Officers, we help coordinate responsive maintenance, repairs, property inspections, tenancy support, and housing-related services that contribute to safer, healthier, and more sustainable homes for Yolŋu families across the region.

We are also proud to welcome workers, visitors, and travellers to the region through our accommodation services, helping people experience the unique culture, beauty, and opportunities that East Arnhem Land has to offer.

Our team is passionate about providing practical services that make a real difference, whether that's helping someone find a home, maintaining housing, supporting property owners, improving community facilities, building furniture, preparing accommodation for guests, or creating local employment opportunities.
